Our support programming is provided in two way, In-person meetings and via an online community.
Caregiver Connections Support Groups
Engage with others who “get it” in a safe and supportive environment. Experience a sense of belonging, free from stigma. Meetings are held MONTHLY from September to May.
In Person - 9:30am-11:30am (First Tuesday of the month) - Held at the CASE office

Parent Connections Private Facebook Group
Share the joys and the relentless challenges of raising a child with a disability. Ask questions, receive information and find support from other CASE members.
