Support Programs

Support concepts

“Find your people, find a home”

Our support programming is provided in two ways, in-person meetings and via an online community.

Parent Connections Private Facebook Group

Share the joys and the relentless challenges of raising a child with a disability. Ask questions, receive information and find support from other CASE members.  This group is open to Evanston parents/caregivers of children with disabilities. For more information and to fill out a form to receive an invitation, click HERE.

The CASE Companions Program pairs new and veteran families impacted by disability. In this free program, a veteran family (or CASE Companion) will share its experience and offer one on one peer support to a family that is navigating either District 65 or District 202’s special education system. This program is designed to provide empathy and acceptance and to help combat the isolation that so many feel when raising a child with a disability.
